G20 બેઠકમાં ભારતનું નેતૃત્વ કરશે નિર્મલા સીતારમણ, USમાં રોકાણકારો અને CEO સાથે બેઠક કરશે

કેન્દ્રીય નાણામંત્રી નિર્મલા સીતારમણ છ દિવસના અમેરિકા પ્રવાસે પહોંચી છે. આ દરમિયાન તેઓ G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors બેઠકમાં ભારતનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરશે અને અમેરિકાના મોટા રોકાણકારો, કંપનીઓના CEOs તથા financial sectorના senior executives સાથે પણ મુલાકાત કરશે. બેઠકોમાં ભારતની આર્થિક સ્થિતિ, નવા investment opportunities અને India-US business relationsને વધુ મજબૂત બનાવવા પર ભાર રહેશે.

31 ઓગસ્ટથી G20 બેઠક

સીતારમણ Chicago બાદ North Carolinaના Asheville જશે, જ્યાં 31 ઓગસ્ટ અને 1 સપ્ટેમ્બરે અમેરિકાની અધ્યક્ષતામાં G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors બેઠક યોજાશે. તે પહેલાં 29 અને 30 ઓગસ્ટે G20 finance અને central bank deputiesની બેઠક યોજાશે. G20 ચર્ચામાં global economic growth, financial stability અને international financial cooperation સહિતના મુદ્દાઓ પર વિચારવિમર્શ થવાનો છે.

Chicagoમાં Investors અને CEOs સાથે ચર્ચા

Chicagoમાં નાણામંત્રી મોટા investors સાથે roundtable meetingમાં ભાગ લેશે. તેઓ private sectorની કંપનીઓના CEOs, chairpersons અને senior executives સાથે પણ ચર્ચા કરશે. આ બેઠકોમાં ભારતમાં રોકાણની તકો, દેશની આર્થિક સ્થિતિ અને India-US trade તથા investment relationsને આગળ વધારવાના રસ્તાઓ પર ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવશે.

Startup અને Innovation પર પણ ફોકસ

સીતારમણ University of Chicagoના Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovationની મુલાકાત પણ લેશે. અહીં entrepreneurship, emerging technology, innovation અને technology commercialisation જેવા વિષયો પર ચર્ચા થશે. ભારતના startup અને innovation ecosystemને વૈશ્વિક સ્તરે કેવી રીતે વધુ મજબૂત કરી શકાય તે મુદ્દો પણ ચર્ચામાં રહેશે.

New Yorkમાં Financial Sector સાથે બેઠક

G20 બેઠક બાદ સીતારમણ New York જશે, જ્યાં તેઓ મોટા corporates અને financial sectorના CEOs સાથે meetings કરશે. આ મુલાકાત દરમિયાન ભારતની financial અને economic outlook તેમજ institutional cooperation વધારવા અંગે ચર્ચા થવાની અપેક્ષા છે. તેઓ Nasdaq દ્વારા આયોજિત bell-ringing ceremonyમાં પણ ભાગ લેશે.

Canadaથી અમેરિકા પહોંચી

અમેરિકા પહોંચતા પહેલાં સીતારમણ 25 ઓગસ્ટથી ત્રણ દિવસના Canada પ્રવાસે હતાં. ત્યાં તેમણે India-Canada Economic and Financial Dialogueમાં ભાગ લીધો હતો. Canada અને America મળીને તેમનો કુલ પ્રવાસ નવ દિવસનો છે અને 2 સપ્ટેમ્બરે પૂર્ણ થવાનો છે.
